At MDO we believe that design has no boundaries. Our projects bridge time and place, from objects to ideas, from old to new, from inside to out. At our core are the four common values: Creativity, flexibility, individuality and harmony.

Started by Jaycee Chui and Justin Bridgland, who met in London and moved to Shanghai, the studio designs interiors, buildings, landscapes, furniture and graphics. At the centre of each piece of design is the belief in the potential to make things better, and to elevate the senses of the user.

Since 2014, we have seen our work expand globally, from China to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Middle East, and the USA. Our clients include developers, hotel brands, private clients, retailers, restauranteurs, community and cultural organisations. Our approach is proactive and positive, and with each new project comes the opportunity to create something unique.
