Jaycee Chui is a founding partner of MDO.

An ARB qualified Architect and interior designer, Jaycee has over 16 years of experience in London, Hong Kong and China.

In 2014 Jaycee Chui founded MDO with her partner Justin Bridgland. MDO now has offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and UK, covering residential, hospitality and commerical.

Her international background fused in Eastern and Western cultures, helps to develop the practice across China. Her approach focuses on the emotional response to space and design and the beauty of everyday spaces. As a female designer, trained in the West and working in Asia, Jaycee represents a new generation of designer; unlimited, energetic, and a role model for the 21st Century designer/businesswoman.

Justin Bridgland is a founding partner of MDO.

He is an RIBA chartered Architect, interior designer and musician with over 20 years of experience in the UK and China.

In 2014 Justin founded MDO with his partner Jaycee Chui. MDO now has offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and UK, covering residential, hospitality and commerical.

He started the Weekend Connoisseur, a company specialising in boutique travel experiences in Scotland, and recently Jaycee and Justin have moved into F&B with the opening of 2 restaurants they designed in Shanghai.
