The Salt House

Situated at the Corner of Berwick St, this residential project with Squire and Partners, provided 15 apartments over a commercial ground floor. The design refers to the narrow Soho grain by creating a series of vertical plots frame in a handmade brick with large engineered oak windows carefully detailed into a composition balanced with Portland Stone and glazed ceramic tiles, echoing the Victorian Tube station and the colour inspired the fruit and vegetable market below.
